Don’t worry if you miss a day or even a few days. You can pick up where you left off. However, I’d encourage you try and do the programme on as many consecutive days as possible to get the most out of it. You’ll feel the biggest shifts the more you show up.

Yes, it’s perfectly normal to feel emotions come to the surface as you go through the programme. You have years of stored beliefs and systems that lay unprocessed. The emotions you ‘ve been suppressing will begin to come up. This is perfectly normal and a sign that you are releasing and shifting old patterning and creating space for new beginnings.
So, allow yourself to feel the feelings and be kind to yourself. It is all part of the process.

Yes. This programme has been designed to incorporate short practices into your day.
The videos are all around 5-10 minutes long. A few of them are even shorter. You can watch them in your own time and each one will be released once you have completed watching the last video.
I’d recommend watching them in the morning to set you up for the day but you really can watch them at any time of the day. Find what works for you and go for it.
The exercises that accompany the videos are all short, simple and easy to do so you can fit them into your daily routine.

There is no right, or wrong time of day to complete your exercises. Find what works for you. The main thing is that you do the exercises. This is where you will get the biggest shifts and results.

Hey, I’m Kelly, your coach.
I’m a manifesting expert, educator and coach. I work 1 to 1 with business owners, CEO’s and high performing creatives helping them to connect to their purpose, ignite a fire within themselves, propelling them towards their goals. I run workshops and programmes arming people with the tools and techniques they need to manifest a life they desire.
In 2019 my husband and I had £80,000 in personal debt collectively. I was running a young business and we thought I was going to have to go back to a corporate job before the business had a real chance at succeeding. My husband was looking at how we could downsize our house so we could free up some money with our mortgage. Honestly, things felt very overwhelming and stressful.

You could say I got a little bit obsessed! My husband at one point thought I was going a little crazy putting all my energy and trust in something that he had no evidence in seeing work.
But all my investment payed off, literally. After 9 months we got a life changing and seemingly unexpected money win. I manifested just under £250,000 outside of my business in cash. This was life changing. I didn’t just do this once. A year later I manifested the same amount allowing us to buy our dream home.
