I had a big realisation this week that I know is going to change my energy for 2024 and it all has to do with the relationships I have with others.

To navigate to the next level of success or achievement you need to prepare and get ready for it. You receive a vision, a desire, a goal and then what? When you decide to do something new, it's often a newer version of you that needs to come forward to deliver that thing or to receive that thing.

For the past 3 months I have been very much in the underworld, navigating my way through limiting beliefs, old traumas and old behaviours that have clearly been holding me back from manifesting some of my goals. I have had huge moments of moving forwards and then BAM, I go into freeze mode! This is what happens…

I often ask for signs that the universe is listening, when I first started playing this game with the universe it would re-enforce my trust in the manifesting process. And the more I played it, the more joy I found in manifesting. And I believe manifesting should be fun!

When you break down your limiting beliefs, ignite your passions, gain ownership of your ability to create anything you desire and hand over trust to the universe you see your desires manifest in front of you.

Sometimes the universe puts things in our path to wake us up and help us gain greater clarity.

The universe conspired last night to remind me that gratitude elevates your energy, and when you are riding the gratitude wave great things happen.

One of the ways I manifest amazing things into my life is through consistency. I consistently show up and do the work.

It is my number tip to manifesting.

A year ago, I posted a video on Instagram talking about trusting your intuition even if at the time it doesn’t make sense.

I couldn’t have known at the time what a challenging 6 months we had coming. But it came with so many blessings too. I’m so pleased I trusted my intuition.

Do you see when doors open for you? Summer is full of opportunities and expansion but you have to be able to see them.

I was explaining to my 9 year old son last week that we need to see when doors open. It is up to us if we step through them or not.

Last week my husband and I went to Tuscany to celebrate a friends special birthday. Whist we were there we manifested an unexpected £4,000 into our bank account.

I want to share this story because it is a perfect example to explain the energetics of manifesting.
